Our goal is simple: to help you create beautiful garments by offering you exclusive, luxury, 100% natural fiber yarns at highly competitive prices.

We carefully select our yarns for beauty, durability, value and versatility. In the process of selecting our yarn offerings, we carefully research each yarn and supplier, and we consult extensively with our customers and yarn manufacturers. Our customers are the ultimate experts in this process as their wishes are our command. So it is that we owe our customers exceptional service and prompt order fulfillments.

We receive our yarns on a very frequent basis. Each of the yarns in our inventory is stored individually wrapped, in sealed plastic containers and/or black storage closets to keep them dust and particle-free and protect them from sun light. We rotate our inventory as each shipment is received so you can be guaranteed that each cone, skein or ball of yarn is fresh and absolutely brand new. We protect our storage bins with organic lavender sachets made with essential oil of lavender as a natural moth-proofing agent.

"Sarah's Yarns" operates as a division of "No-Nonsense Business Solutions, LLC," a business consulting, accounting and tax preparation firm based in Brooklyn, NY that focuses on servicing the needs of small-to-medium sized businesses with under $50MM in capitalization.  While we reinvest our profits primarily into expanding our product lines and inventory base, we seek to make donations to organizations that help victims of child abuse, domestic violence, and people with disabilities.

Shipping Policies

  • We ship via USPS Standard (First Class or Parcel Post), USPS Priority or UPS, based on your needs – please compare each carrier's shipping charges when placing your order!
  • All shipments are fully insured and ultimately, guaranteed by us
  • We process your orders and shipments immediately upon receipt of payment
  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your location and order weight
  • UPS charges are quoted in real time directly by the UPS system
  • We do not change the shipping carrier selected by our customers unless specifically instructed to do so
  • Shipping is handled by our parent company, "No-Nonsense Business Solutions, LLC."

 

Payment

  • We accept PayPal, debit and credit cards, money orders and business/personal checks
  • If paying with a money order we will ship immediately upon receipt of payment
  • If paying with a business/personal check, we must wait for your check to clear before shipping
  • Please note that our payments are processed by our parent company, "No-Nonsense Business Solutions, LLC." and will appear on your PayPal and/or debit/credit card statement as such

 

Policies for Exchanges, Refunds and Returns

We stand behind our products and want to help you any way we can. All refunds and exchanges must take place within fourteen (14) days of the receipt of your shipment.

  • If you feel you received a product that does not meet it's specifications, you can return it to us: we will issue a full refund for the total amount you paid, and send you a pre-paid mailer so that you can return the unwanted product(s) purchased with minimal inconvenience
  • If we made a mistake and sent you the wrong product(s), we will immediately ship the correct product(s) to you along with a pre-paid mailer so that you can return the unwanted product(s) to us at your convenience
  • If you ordered the wrong product(s) as your mistake, contact us – don’t be shy:
    • We will gladly exchange the products(s) that you purchased upon receipt of the original merchandise purchased as long as it is in it's original, resaleable condition
    • If you would like a refund instead, we will gladly issue you a refund upon receipt of the original merchandise purchased as long as it is in it's original, resaleable condition
    • Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping and handling charges incurred during the processing of this type of exchange or refund
