How We Process Wholesale Orders

Our wholesale policies are simple because they are based on order volume. For ethical reasons, we do not require your business information in order to establish a wholesale account.  This decision on our part is based on the following facts:

  • Nowhere in the U.S. has it been decreed that you are required to disclose your business information in order to obtain wholesale pricing from a vendor, and
  • You may very well be running your business as a Sole Proprietor, in which case you would most likely be filing your U.S. Federal Taxes using a Schedule C and would therefore be disclosing, however indirectlly, sensitive personal and business strategy information to our company

Based on the above facts we consider requiring you to disclose your business information to us a violation of your privacy, anti-competitive, and in today’s world, a security breach.

Here’s how our wholesale order processing works:

  • If you buy four (4) or more cones of any of the JaggerSpun yarn lines, regardless of yarn line and/or color combination, you get wholesale pricing across all of our yarn lines even though the order amount may very well be below $100
  • We automatically note you as a wholesale customer in our system
  • Minimum order amounts going forward are either $100 and/or any combination of four (4) or more cones of the JaggerSpun yarn lines in order to qualify for wholesale pricing across all of our wholesale yarn lines that you order
  • For purchases that do not include JaggerSpun yarn lines, the first-time minimum order amount is $500 and minimum order amounts going forward are $100 in order to receive wholesale pricing
  • We monitor and adjust all applicable orders upon processing if they are received from any of the customers that are noted as wholesale in our system
  • First-time wholesale orders with a minimum order amount of $500 ship for free
  • International first-time wholesale orders with a minimum order amount of $500 receive 35%-off shipping and handling charges
  • Our website is not smart enough to handle wholesale pricing at this time (we are working on this), so we must adjust your order upon processing
  • If paying with a credit or debit card, or with a money order or personal/business check, you will only be charged the adjusted order amount
  • If paying with PayPal, we will issue a very prompt refund to your PayPal account for the difference between what you paid and the adjusted order amount:  our word is our bond, and we have proven this to our customers
  • If you pay with a personal/business check, we must wait for your check to clear before shipping your order

Our wholesale customers, as well as others, can also place their orders via email, phone or fax.
