Perfect Aran weight Merino Superwash Wool with an amazingly soft hand and perfect for almost any project. The shades of 1824 Wool are inspiring, stylish and versatile. This line’s sophisticated color palette lends itself well to both adults and young ones. The new "Tricolors" in this line are unique because they are not variegated ... they are plied, thus yeilding a beautifully subtle color effect. The subtle textures and gauge (18 sts and 24 rows on US size 6 to 8 needles) makes this a very easy 100% superwash wool to work with because, aside from being very soft, it knits evenly.
Same gauge as the Mission Falls 1824 Superwash Wool and 1824 Superwash Cotton, but now available in Tricolors.
This yarn yields easy-care garments that can be machine-washed-and-dried.
Please take note that all patterns that call for Mission Falls 1824 Wool are also interchangeable with Mission Falls 1824 Cotton.
Because this is a superwash yarn, it should not be used for felting projects.
