Finished Size
The finished size is 72 inches across the top edge and 39 inches from the middle top to the bottom point, excluding the ruffle.
Knitting Recommendations
This shawl is knit on 3.25 mm (US 3) needles and starts at the center top. As you knit the beautiful wave pattern, the rows become longer until the ruffle is finished in a simple knit and purl stitch. The ruffle takes a bit of time, but makes for ideal TV watching!
Recommended Yarn Quantities
The pattern uses six (6) ounces of either the JaggerSpun Zephyr Wool-Silk 2/18 lace weight yarn (1,890 yards), or the JaggerSpun Super Fine Merino 2/18 lace weight yarn.
